The company started promoting lean production activities at the beginning of 2015. All departments actively collect and promote the implementation of reasonable suggestions. The daily inspection mechanism has been established for 5S efficient supervision and prompt abnormality handling. At the same time, all departments demonstrate, share, supervise and control the department management, project management and improvement results on the visual lean management billboards.

The supplier access and approval system is implemented, and the performance evaluation is conducted on a regular basis. Key materials must be provided with necessary quality certificates and related test reports, and subject to irregular sampling inspection by the third party. The annual sorting and improvement plan related to supplier flexibility will be implemented for excellent management.

The independent full-process SMT, wave soldering and three-proofing paint production line was established at the end of 2016, with the reliability design review of core board and PCB&PCBA, covering the production feasibility review mechanism, ensuring the product reliability and improving the delivery capability.
